Faisal Alshawa

Performance Nutritionist Faisal Alshawa supports vibrant health for busy people across the MENA region. Originally enrolled to study economics, Faisal soon changed career pathways and graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Sports and Exercise from Loughborough University. Achieving his ultimate dream, working in football, Faisal moved to Qatar in 2014 to work in the Aspetar Sports Medicine Hospital and Aspire Academy. He was the dedicated sports nutritionist for the U-23, U-19, and U-17 Qatar National Football teams. Professional, world-class athletes apply discipline, passion, and commitment. The expertise Faisal mastered from working with them forms the basis of how he works with people in transforming their exhaustion to vitality. Faisal knows what it takes to make real, lasting change. In a field overloaded with health information, he’s passionate about evidence-based science. He doesn’t follow trends or fad diets, nor does he preach them. Najwan Mirza

Najwan Mirza is from Iraq. She was born on April 28, 1988. Najwan is a married woman with three lovely kids. She is a working mother and works at the Ministry of scientific research and higher education. Her academic achievement is a bachelor’s degree in the English language, from the College of Arts. Najwan is interested in writing stories, to make others’ lives better.


Houssam Sabeh Mohiedine

Houssam Sabeh Mohiedine is a confident and adventurous person who began his career in 1995 as a teacher of the French language in a remote area in Lebanon. They said he would not stand for more than a year, but he continued to deliver his message for 17 more years. When he moved to training, he developed his knowledge, and he became a professor of French at the French Cultural Center. Since 2003, in addition to his job, he added to his resume since 2005 the skill of training with the Educational Center for Research and Development in the subjects of life and vocational skills, teaching methods, sustainable development, informatics and the integration of technology with education, in addition to exceling in self-development. In addition to the training course, he completed a PhD in history in 2009, and he is currently working as a lecturer at the Lebanese University in research methodology and analysis of historical texts in French. He has several educational, intellectual, and historical publications, and he works on several paths of knowledge that are skillfully guided by his optimism about life.
