Description
How many diets have you followed in your life? Is dieting the path to weight loss? Do diets really work?
Today we have many trendy diets; Keto, Plant-based, Paleo, Detox and Intermittent Fasting, to name a few. These popular diets have some merit, but they do not qualify as lifestyle choices or weight loss solutions. They are unenjoyable, restrictive and unsustainable.
We live in a world of abundance and an information overload, leaving us feeling more confused than ever before regarding how we should eat for weight loss. What’s more? The diet culture and unqualified individuals have begun exploiting social media by offering quick fixes and unscientific advice, further adding to your frustration and confusion.
The truth is, there is no quick fix to this long-term problem. And no matter how much you may exercise, you can’t outrun a bad diet.
